Product Supervision

All PetDream products are intended to be used under the supervision of a responsible adult.

Never leave your pet unattended while using this product. Regularly inspect the product for signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. Discontinue use immediately if the product becomes damaged.

Not Indestructible

Our products are designed for enrichment and play but are not indestructible.

Aggressive chewers or pets that are capable of destroying toys should be monitored closely. No pet toy is completely chew-proof.

Hygiene & Cleaning

Proper cleaning is essential to maintain your pet's health and prevent contamination.

• Clean the product before first use.
• Clean thoroughly after each use.
• Use the included cleaning brush to clean all internal cavities and hard-to-reach areas.
• Wash with warm water and mild dish soap.
• Allow the product to dry completely before reuse.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.

Failure to properly clean the product may result in bacterial growth that could be harmful to your pet.

Food Safety

Only use pet-safe treats, foods, or spreads that are suitable for your pet.

Always consult your veterinarian if you are unsure whether a particular food is appropriate.

Material Information

This product is manufactured using PLA (Polylactic Acid) through a 3D printing process.

Although PLA is commonly used in consumer products, it may not be suitable for every pet or every situation. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor cosmetic variations, visible layer lines, or slight surface differences may occur and do not affect normal functionality.

Pet Suitability

Every pet is different.

It is the owner's responsibility to determine whether this product is suitable for their pet's:

• Size
• Breed
• Age
• Chewing strength
• Health condition

Discontinue use if your pet attempts to ingest pieces of the product.

Risk of Choking

Small parts or damaged pieces may present a choking hazard.

If any portion of the product breaks, remove it immediately and replace it.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are responsible for supervising your pet during use.
• You are responsible for maintaining proper hygiene and cleaning.
• You understand that no pet toy is indestructible.
• PetDream shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper supervision, failure to maintain the product, or use contrary to these instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
